Yummy Toffee

Two weeks ago I met Kim Brownlee, the creator of My Mom's Toffee Factory and my life was changed forever!

I confess, I've never liked toffee. I've always found it to be too hard or even slightly bitter.

My mind was changed the minute I bit into Kim Brownlee's recipe. I had the opportunity to taste My Mom's Toffee prior to it's launch on HSN. My taste buds exploded with pleasure and I couldn't stop myself from reaching for "just one more piece."

I raced home to place my order for the toffee and waited anxiously for my package to arrive. Did I share? Nope! I kept it all to myself! A simple treat for working long hours, playing supermom, and being a fabulous wife! I deserved it!

I just got word that Kim Brownlee will be back on HSN tomorrow, Wednesday, April 30th at midnight, noon, 4pm and 9pm. I may have to schedule a meeting and "just happen to be in the area" when her toffee is put out for display.
